The column-free floors allow unique and flexible configurations. The floors are rated at 100 pounds per square foot of live load capacity, with mechanical penthouse floor slabs designed to absorb 150 pounds per square foot of live load.

Water, Power & Air

The base building services include supply air, exhaust, CHW, HW, Tenant Process Cooling Water (10T per floor), Tepid Water, and RODI water. The premium HVAC systems employ a high efficiency energy recovery system to reduce operating expenses. Lab ventilation is sized at 1.75cfm/sf. Office HVAC consists of 0.2 cfm/sf ventilation, and HW and CHW for heating and cooling.
